You can return any items (some exceptions apply*) within 30 days of purchase in exchange for BTV Shopping Credits. You may return your items only once, and credits will be valid for a year from the date of issue! To be eligible for a return, items should be unwashed, with hangtags still securely fastened.

Exchanges are processed in the same way as returns.

For a quick exchange, visit our Beyond The Vines Design House at CentralWorld. We offer BTV Shopping Credits for all returns. Only credit card payments are eligible for refunds when making a return at the store. Please bring along the original credit card and invoice for us to be able to process the refund.
