How It Works:
01. Purchase any Crunch Carryall, in any size except 0.1, from 18 Sep 2026 onwards online or at any Beyond The Vines store in Thailand.
02. Contact Beyond The Vines Design House, CentralWorld to book an embroidery slot in advance at 064-510-0619.
03. On your appointment date, bring your qualifying Crunch Carryall and order number / proof of purchase to CentralWorld.
04. Choose 02 initials or 01 motif from the available embroidery options onsite.
05. The embroidery service may take longer than 1 day to process. Our BTV Retail Crew will contact you once your personalised bag is ready for collection at CentralWorld.

Limited to 1 personalisation per qualifying bag, with a choice of 2 letters or 1 motif from the available options onsite.
• Embroidery personalisation is available exclusively at Beyond The Vines Design House, CentralWorld until 24 Sep 2026. Customers must make an advance appointment for the embroidery service and present their order number / proof of purchase upon arrival.
• Personalisation slots are limited and appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability at the CentralWorld store.
• Customers are required to bring their qualifying bag to CentralWorld for the embroidery service and collect it from the store once completed.
• The service may take more than 1 day to complete; the BTV Retail Crew will contact customers once their bag is ready for collection.
• For any changes to your appointment date or time, please call Beyond The Vines Design House, CentralWorld at least 1 day before your original appointment date.
• Personalisation requests cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
• Personalised items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless deemed faulty.
