If the items you've ordered aren't quite right for you, we’ve got you covered.

You can return items (some exceptions apply*) within 30 days of purchase for BTV Shopping Credits. These credits are valid for a year from the date of issue. To be eligible, items must be unwashed and have hangtags still attached. You may return your items only once.

Returns by Mail 1. Start
For all returns by mail, please make sure to complete a return request first! Complete a return request at www.beyondthevines.co.th/a/return.

2. Submission
Submit your return request with the relevant details.

3. Review Our Crew will review your request within a few working days. You’ll receive a notification email once approved.

4. Mail
After approval, mail your items to the BTV Warehouse, Bangkok within 7 days. All return shipping charges are borne by the customer.

5. Credits/Refunds
Once we receive your items, our Crew will check everything. Returns are usually processed as BTV Shopping Credits. For refunds to the original payment method, email us with your order number/invoice. Refunds require a review and may take a few working days. Terms apply; refer to our Refund terms below.

*We reserve the right to deny refund requests if returned items do not meet specified conditions and may change terms and conditions without prior notice.

*We cannot process returns on sale items, socks, eye masks, face masks, drinkware, stationery, and personalised products. All purchase-with-purchase orders must be returned as a complete order.


Terms & conditions
When making a return, orders paid for with QR code payments such as Alipay / Wechat / PromptPay, Cash, E-wallet QR code and Debit Cards will only be processed back to you in the form of BTV Shopping Credits. These Shopping Credits are valid for a year!

Payments via Credits Cards may be qualified to be returned to the exact card or to a bank account of choice. Drop us an email here with your order number/invoice and the Crew will look into it.

All refund verifications take 5-7 working days to process. The Crew will need to receive your returned items before a refund is approved. Refunds may be delayed during festive seasons and Public Holidays.
