- Beyond The Vines is not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred once the parcel has left our Studio. This could include but not limited to the recipient rejecting a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if a recipient is uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel.
