Bangkok With Table of Hands
HK With Katy Chow
Meet the lovelies behind Table of Hands, a creative culinary studio in Bangkok that's redefining food experiences with a blend of artistry and flavour.
Field (@cchana.s), the Creative Director, uses her Ikebana background to craft stunning visual concepts. Kat (@slow__kat), the Food Director, creates inventive and delicious culinary art. Kaam (@urachac), the Managing Director who humorously refers to herself as the "momager" of the group, ensures a seamless guest experience. Together, they are redefining hosting in Bangkok's creative and culinary scene.
Meet Katy Chow, a powerhouse of talent and ambition, whose diverse array of occupations will easily blow your mind. A model, TV host, actress, creative designer and museum educator, there’s nothing this girl can’t do.
We had the pleasure of catching her amidst her busy schedule in the beautiful city of Hong Kong. We got some insider tips, some of her favourite hidden gems and personal anecdotes that offer a quick peek into her life in Hong Kong.
When asked how she juggles it all. Well, according to Katy, it’s all about embracing it all and “going with the flow”!
We had the pleasure of sitting down with them to chat about their work and how they’re transforming the culinary landscape in Bangkok, whilst also sharing with us their favourite spots in the city, offering you a City Guide straight from the experts themselves.
